The average american has been spending so children across the country should have received presents under their christmas tree. The national inflation rate is hovering in the 3.5-4.5% range which is great for the average working american.

Adam's Insight: The Florida government has worked hard to keep our unemployment rate low. The space and defense industry are hiring in Brevard County. Tourism is definitely up since the port is a adding new cruise ships.

Adam's Insight: The #FED has kept interest rates in the 6.5-7.5 range for the last 2 years. When you see the words "Interest Rate Drop" in the news just keep reading. Nothing has changed except tenths of a percent which wont make or break anyone if they are going to buy a home in the first place. The market will not feel a change from interest rates unless we see a 2% change. The banks are making profit while the market becomes stagnant.
