Adam's Insight: The rumor on the street is that mortgage rates are going to remain where they are without changing. We should not expect to see rates less than 6% for a very long time! Anyone that bought a home in 2024 thinking they were going to see a lower rate and refinance should stop holding their breath.

Adam's Insight: January was very slow for closings, so we expected February to be in the high 800's for closings. The 2025 February was slower than expected, but homes are still selling!
