Unemployment Rates

The unemployment rate is a great market indicator for the future market. As long as employment numbers are strong, mortgages will be paid and manufactured items will be purchased.

Adam's Insight: We are finally seeing the effects of higher interest rates. The unemployment is slowly increasing which will hopefully stop inflation and hopefully cause a little deflation.

Adam's Insight: The markets have bounced back and forth, however I believe will see a 6.5% or higher interest rate for the rest of the year. The only way I believe it will fall below 6% is due to the election year.
